Skillet pork chops

4 steps
Prep:15minCook:8min
SEASONING TIPS If your chops are thin (<¾ inch): Use closer to ¾ teaspoon total If thick (1–1¼ inch): 1 to 1¼ teaspoons is usually fine COOKING TIME Thickness matters more than quantity; three chops cook the same as one if they aren’t crowded. If the pan is crowded, add ~1 minute per side. If they’re very lean center-cut chops, lean toward the shorter end and rely on the thermometer.
