Instructions

Sweet potato

Step 1
Cut sweet potato into small cubes Season with a little olive oil and vegetable seasoning Air fry for 20 mins at 180°C

Cauliflower

Step 2
Cut into small florets Drizzle olive oil and add seasonings Air fry for 20 mins at 180°C

Chicken

Step 3
Slice chicken thigh in half Season to taste Air fry for 15 mins at 180°C

For the coleslaw sauce

Step 4
Mix a little of mayo, sweet chili sauce, and chunky cottage cheese.

Step 5
Mix some rainbow slaw with sauce made

Step 6
Take multi seed bun slice in half On one side smash half an avocado On other side spread a little ketchup and add any leftover sauce Place chicken pieces down over sauce Add lettuce Add coleslaw mix
