Instructions
Step 1
Melt the butter in the microwave for 10 seconds and let cool (you can put a bit more than 2 spoons ~ 30 grams)
Step 2
Mix dry ingredients first in one bowl
Step 3
Mix liquid ingredients in another bowl (make sure butter is not too hot)
Step 4
You can add a little bit more milk if it looks dry.
Step 5
Let the batter rest for 10 minutes while heating the pans
Step 6
Place one 1/2 to 1 cup of batter for every pancakes
