Step 1
IN A BOWL MIX TOGETHER THE HONEY GARLIC SAUCE INGREDIENTS LISTED ABOVE UNTIL WELL COMBINED

• DICE THE SALMON FILLETS AND ADD THESE TO THE BOWL, MIXING WELL TO COMBINE
Step 3
• PLACE THE SALMON CHUNKS IN TO THE AIR FRYER, SPRAY WITH OLIVE OIL AND BAKE FOR 8-10 MINUTES AT 190 DEGREES- IF YOU HAVE ANY SAUCE LEFT, BRUSH SOME EXTRA OVER THE SALMON HALFWAY THROUGH!

• WHILST THE SALMON IS COOKING, PREP YOUR VEG OF CHOICE
Step 5
• ONCE COOKED PLATE UP WITH THE VEG, COOKED STICKY RICE AND FINISH WITH SOME CHOPPED SPRING ONION AND SESAME SEEDS
