saute 1 large onion

in a bowl whisk together potato starch and water to dissolve the starch then add in the wine
Step 3
in a crockpot or deep pot combine the wine mixture with the flanken and rest of the meat and other ingredients
Step 4
Add a bit more water if necessary then cover till comes to a boil then lower the flame and enjoy!
