Instructions
Step 1
Liquids First: Add water, oil, and honey/sugar to the bread pan.
Step 2
Dry Layer: Add the white flour and bread flour, making sure they completely cover the liquid.
Step 3
The Shield: Sprinkle the salt around the edges. Add the quinoa, flax, and chia seeds on top of the flour.
Step 4
The Yeast: Create a small "well" in the center of the flour (don't touch the liquid!) and pour the yeast inside.
Step 5
Start: Select the "Basic" or "White Bread" cycle and press Start.
