Instructions
Step 1
1. Melt butter, fry onion, add minced beef and cook until browned
Step 2
2. Add herbs, mushrooms and tomatoes, simmer for 5-10 mins
Step 3
3. Stir in the macaroni and place mixture in an ovenproof casserole dish
Step 4
4. Make up required ml of white sauce (not cheese sauce) and immediately stir in half the cheese
Step 5
5. Cover meat mixture with the sauce and sprinkle over remaining cheese
Step 6
6. Bake at Fan 180C for 20 minutes
