Instructions

Step 1
1. Ginger and garlic blend

2. Onion cut thickly

3. Pepper cut thickly

4. Tenderstem broccoli cut end off then cut into thirds

5. Carrot julienne/grate - don’t do carrots unless you do this or they’ll be too thick

6. Sauce ingredients mix all together

7. Add peanut oil and heat. Add beef mince to pan. Mash up until fills pan - at 14 I got really good browning (but next time I could try as a block and flip). Don’t touch for 3 mins. then season with salt and paper. Now either flip blocks or break part.

8. Immediately add onion - fry for 2 mins (maybe lay onion on top of beef so it heats but doesn’t burn)

9. Add rest of vegetables - add salt and pepper - only cook for 2 mins - don’t cook all the way to done here or will turn to mush
Step 10
10. Add sauce and cook for 3 mins - sauce will thicken
