Instructions

Step 1
Place chicken, cottage cheese, onion powder and garlic powder together in a bowl. Mix to combine.
Step 2
Place one tortilla at the b of a pie pan top with 1/4 of the mixture. Then add another tortilla and repeat. Ending with the last tortilla.
Step 3
Top with enchilada sauce and cheese.
Step 4
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until hot. Serve with shredded lettuce and salsa.
