Instructions
Cabbage
Step 1
Clean and microwave with a bit a water and covered for 9-10 min or until leafs are tender/soft.
Meat
Step 2
Mix 2 cups of Rice per every 1 pound of ground beef. Add salt, allspice and vegetable oil
Rolling
Step 3
Cut cabbage leaf to desired size and remove tick middle vein. If let to rest and cool or rolled next day the leafs might get more manageable for rolling. Extende the leafs add meat mixture and roll them
Cooking
Step 4
Add unused leaf in the bottom on the pan. Placed rolled cabbage rolls and top with minced garlic and dried mint. Add sauce and slow cook until meat and cabbage is tender. Sauce: water, tomato paste (half a can) pomegranate molasses, sugar, salt and citric acid. Mix until a sweet and sour flavor is achieved.
