a generous pinch to sprinkle over the dish

maldon or achill island

Instructions
Step 1
Oven at 180C
Step 2
Rub carrots in oil, herbs, spices and seasoning

In a separate bowl add feta, Greek yogurt, 1-2 tbsp balsamic vinegar. Blend together until smooth. Mix in generous amount of honey to taste.
Step 4
Spread whip on a plate. Add drizzle of honey for effect. Place carrots on top
Step 5
Roast in over for 20-25 minutes depending on carrot size or until fork tender (very large carrots could take 30 mins or more
