Instructions
Step 1
Brown your butter and set aside to cool
Step 2
Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla and maple syrup together
Step 3
Stir in oats, cinnamon, baking powder and apples
Step 4
Stir in cooled browned butter -scrape pan to get all the browned bits
Step 5
Pour mixture into greased 8x8 baking dish, cover and refrigerated over night (or bake immediately)
Step 6
Bake uncovered for 40-50 minutes at 350. Cool and enjoy
