Instructions
Brine Overnight
Step 1
Flatten or butterfly chicken breasts and brine overnight with just salt and water, leave in fridge overnight
Step 2
Wash the chicken, marinade with salt, pepper for 20 mins
Pan Fry Chicken and Set Aside
Step 3
Heat pan, add oil, pan fry chicken skin down for a few minutes then flip to fry other side
Step 4
Set aside
Sauce
Step 5
Heat pan, the same one you cooked the chicken in, sauté garlic, onion for about 1 mins, tossing and stirring to prevent burning and over cooking
Step 6
Add premade sauce above and reduce for a bit. That's what the water is for. Should take no more than 4 mins of stirring
Step 7
Add the chicken bask in. Cover and cook for about 1 minute, flip, cover with sauce and soft glaze till the sauce is the preferred consistency.
