Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil for the pasta, cook for 7–9 minutes, then drain and toss with a little oil.
Step 2
Peel and grate one garlic clove into the Greek yogurt, then season with salt and black pepper.
Step 3
Peel and slice the onion, then peel and finely chop the second garlic clove.
Step 4
Heat a pan and melt the butter, add the ground beef, and cook while stirring for 3–4 minutes.
Step 5
Add the onion and one crushed garlic clove to the pan, continue cooking for a few minutes, and season with salt, black pepper, curry powder, and paprika powder.
Step 6
Chop the tomatoes into pieces and finely chop the parsley.
Step 7
Serve the pasta with the ground beef, add yogurt sauce, chopped tomatoes, and parsley on top, and enjoy your meal.
