Add lime juice, aloe Vera juice and Celtic salt together and drink, slowly

Add Bone Broth, Pepper, and Turmeric together. Sip slowly.

Sauerkraut/Kimchi

Snack on avocado and prepared nuts (macadamia or pecan)

Prepared Nuts: Soak nuts for 10 hours, then bake till dry at 180 in oven.

Soak beans in bone broth overnight. Cook in instant pot.
Step 10
Make (1) egg at a time and per hour. Eat beans with single egg
