Instructions

Step 1
Cut the meat into thin strips, and finely chop the onion and garlic.
Step 2
Dice the bell pepper and tomatoes.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a large skillet, then add the onion and garlic and sauté until translucent.

Next, add the bell peppers and tomatoes and sauté for a few minutes.

Add the strips of meat, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with paprika.
Step 6
Sauté the meat until it turns white, then pour in the water or broth, cover, and simmer over medium heat for about 40 minutes, until the meat is tender.
Step 7
Then add the frozen green peas and lemon juice, and cook for another 10 minutes.
Step 8
Mix the sour cream with the flour, then stir it into the soup to thicken it.
Step 9
Season with a little more salt and pepper if needed. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
