Instructions
Step 1
Cut the meat into thin strips, and finely chop the onion and garlic.

Dice the bell pepper and tomatoes.

Heat the oil in a large skillet, then add the onion and garlic and sauté until translucent.

Next, add the bell peppers and tomatoes and sauté for a few minutes.

Add the strips of meat, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with paprika.

Sauté the meat until it turns white, then pour in the water or broth, cover, and simmer over medium heat for about 40 minutes, until the meat is tender.

Then add the frozen green peas and lemon juice, and cook for another 10 minutes.
