Step 1
Add eggs, bananas, and oats to a blender. Blend on low for 15–30 seconds until the oats are finely ground and the bananas are fully mashed.

Add the protein powder, cocoa powder, and cinnamon. Blend again on low for 30–45 seconds until the batter is smooth.
Step 3
Preheat a griddle or skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 4
Pour about ⅓ cup of batter onto the preheated surface. Cook until bubbles form and the edges begin to set, about 5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes, or until fully cooked through.
Step 5
