Chicken
Noodles
Sauce
4 Tbspsoy sauce
2 Tbspoyster sauce
1 Tbsphoisin sauce
1 Tbspbrown sugar
1 Tbspcornstarch
½ cupwater
1 tspsesame oil

Instructions
Step 1
Toss sliced chicken with cornstarch, soy sauce, sugar, and pepper. Set aside.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix all sauce ingredients until smooth.
Step 3
Boil udon noodles 30–60 seconds until loosened. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Step 4
Heat oil in a pan or wok over high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove.
Step 5
In same pan, cook garlic, ginger, and vegetables until slightly tender.
Step 6
Add noodles and cooked chicken back to pan.
Step 7
Pour in sauce and toss over medium-high heat until thickened (1–2 minutes).
Step 8
Finish with sesame oil and a splash of vinegar or lime juice.
