Crust
⅝ cupsall-purpose flour
¼ teaspoonkosher salt
¼ teaspoonsugar
1 teaspoonyeast
⅓ cupswater
warm, about 110°F/45°C
½ tablespoonolive oil

precooked
0.13 ozPepperoni
Sliced and diced

Instructions
Step 1
Make dough and rest while chopping Meats and Veggies.
Step 2
Slice meats and veggies then pile them all together to chop or dice.
Step 3
Set pile of toppings in a couple paper towels and press moisture out of them.
Step 4
Spray 1/4 sheet with olive oil.
Step 5
Pour Dough onto cooking sheet. Scrape bowl and using spatula spread dough as well as possible. Lightly spray dough with olive oil.
Step 6
Rest dough for at least 15 minutes. Then finish spreading dough with fingers.
Step 7
Preheat oven to 450°
Step 8
Cook bare dough for 3-5 minutes. Keep an eye on it to pop any bubbles that may appear. Remove crust.
Step 9
Place the 1/3 Cup PIZZA cheese on crust and throw back in over for 1-2 minutes. Remove

Spread Half of chopped toppings.
Step 11
Dollop small spoons of Marinara to cover most of the Pizza.
Step 12
Spread 1/3 Cup of ITALIAN Cheese
Step 13
Sprinkle pizza with Italian Seasoning.

Spread 2nd half of Chopped Toppings

sprinkle another 1/8 cup of Italian Cheese

Pop in oven for 10 minutes...give or take. (I like a brown top)
Step 17
Remove from oven and remove pizza to cooling rack for 5 minutes. For even a crispier crust (I do). Set Oven to bottom element only and put pizza back in oven directly on oven rack for just a couple of minutes.
Step 18
Remove Pizza, let rest, then Cut into 8 pieces.
