Instructions

Step 1
1. Chop cabbage, onion and garlic.
Step 2
2. In a pot fry onion, 1 garlic clove, then add chopped cabbage and 4 cups broth. Simmer for 20min. Add salt, pepper, vinegar.

3. Stir in coconut milk and blend everything.
Step 4
4. Pour the cream into a plate and squeeze some fresh lemon juice. Make swirls with a spoon and top with more cream and croutons. Enjoy 💜
