Instructions

Step 1
Press the tofu for at least 30 minutes to overnight.
Step 2
Cut into small squares 9-10 rectangles and then 6 squares.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine the tofu with the seasonings and oil.
Step 4
Fry in a medium-high hot cast iron skillet 4-7 minutes per side or air-fry for 10 minutes.
