Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta according to packet instructions, about 6-12 mins, and chop smoked salmon into pieces
Step 2
Fry the spring onions in a little olive oil or butter
Step 3
Add a squeeze of garlic paste, a sprinkle of black pepper and the lemon zest
Step 4
Stir in the chicken stock and cream cheese
Step 5
Add the Dijon mustard, lemon juice and chives and stir
Step 6
Drain the pasta, retaining a little water in case the sauce is too dry, and add to the sauce
Step 7
Gently mix in the smoked salmon, stir together and serve immediately
