Bruschetta - Pickled artichokes and prosciutto crudo

Instructions

Step 1
Strain the mozzarella and slice it in small cubes.
Step 2
Pour some olive oil on the bread.
Step 3
Rub a clove of garlic all over the bread. Add some salt and pepper.
Step 4
Put the bread on a piece of parchment paper and on then on a baking tray.
Step 5
Bake the bread for a few minutes, until the slices become crunchy and a little dark.
Step 6
Take the bread and ease down the mozzarella and put it back in the oven for another couple of minutes, just enough to make the mozzarella melt.
Step 7
Take the bruschette out of the oven, add some pickled artichokes, prosciutto crudo and basil.
