Instructions

Step 1
Slice the zucchini into thin rounds and grill them in a lightly oiled pan over medium-high heat for a few minutes on each side until soft and lightly browned. Season with a pinch of salt and let them cool.
Step 2
Place the pizza dough on a lightly oiled tray or parchment paper and stretch it gently into shape. If it resists, let it rest briefly and stretch again, then leave it at room temperature to rise.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 230°C.
Step 4
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, add a pinch of salt, and drizzle a little olive oil on top.
Step 5
Bake the pizza in the oven until the base starts to cook and lightly color.
Step 6
Remove from the oven and add the mozzarella, grilled zucchini, and walnuts evenly on top.
Step 7
Return to the oven and bake until the mozzarella melts and the crust is fully cooked.
Step 8
Let it rest briefly before slicing and serving.
