Instructions
Step 1
After chopping all the vegetables saute and butter until golden brown. Deglaze your pan with Sherry. Season chicken, add both proteins to vegetables. Cook until the chicken is done. Add the chicken broth, and other seasonings. Allow chicken to stew until the chicken is tender. Add the heavy whipping cream and the shredded parmesan, and allow to thicken stirring often. Once it has thickened, ADD cooked pasta. After adding pasta allow to simmer for 5 to 10 minutes allowing the sauce to adhere to the pasta. Turn off the heat, and allowed to rest for 10 minutes.
