Step 1
Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.

Place into ½ cup silicone cube molds before freezing, or shape into patties and lay on parchment to freeze.
Step 3
Remove from silicone cubes and store in a freezer bag or vacuum seal bag.
REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS
Step 4
Air fry at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes
