Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt and black pepper until fully combined.
Step 2
Stir in half of the shredded cheese the baby spinach leaves, bacon and the rolled oats.
Step 3
Let the mixture site for 2 minutes so the oats absorb some moisture.
Step 4
Lay the puff pastry into the sausage roll maker, pressing down to create a trough.
Step 5
Pour 2 tablespoons of the egg mixture in each pastry trough. Cover with the remaining shredded cheese.
Step 6
Fold over the pastry to cover the troughs and close the lid.
Step 7
Turn on sausage roll maker and cook for 10 - 14 minutes. Check at 12 minutes; if the pastry looks pale, cook for a few more minutes.
Step 8
Turn off machine and remove rolls from make using tongs or a spatula. Allow to rest for 3 minutes before eating.
