150gnon-fat Greek Yogurt
high protein
31gvanilla protein powder
40goat flour
1 tspsugar-free cherry jello mix
1 tspbaking powder
Instructions
Step 1
Mix all ingredients and let sit for 5-10 min to allow thickening. Cook on skillet at low-med heat until the top looks dry and shiny, then flip and cook 2 min. Cook these low and slow or they will burn.
