Buffalo Chicken Pasta Salad (Ryno)

High-protein buffalo chicken pasta salad that works great for weekly meal prep. Served cold with a creamy buffalo ranch dressing.

Instructions

Step 1
• Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, then cook fully
Step 2
• Let chicken rest, then dice into small cubes
Step 3
• Cook pasta according to package, drain, and let cool
Step 4
• Dice onion and bell pepper, and prep carrots
Step 5
• In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, light mayo, buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning
Step 6
• Add pasta, chicken, and veggies into a large bowl
Step 7
• Pour sauce over and mix until evenly coated
Step 8
• Split into 7 meal prep containers and store in the fridge (eat cold)
