Deliciously simple savoury egg bites that are easy to customise with your favourite fillings. Baked in a muffin tin, great for breakfast, snacks, and meal prep.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan and spray a 12-hole non-stick muffin tin with oil.
Step 2
Add the eggs, milk, salt and pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika to a bowl and whisk together.
Step 3
Split between the 12 holes in the muffin tray (I use a jug).
Step 4
Split the red pepper, spinach and ham between the 12 holes (I do this now to make sure the same amount of each ingredient is in each bite).
Step 5
Sprinkle on the cheese and stir each bite slightly.
Step 6
Bake in the oven for 16–20 minutes.
Step 7
Enjoy hot, or cold out of the fridge.
