Marinade
300glean pork strips
1onion
small, grated
1apple
or pear, grated
1 tspfresh ginger
grated
4cloves garlic
large, minced
2 Tbspgochujang
3 Tbspsoy sauce
1 tspbrown sugar
or honey

Instructions
Step 1
Massage bicarb of soda and cornstarch into the pork. Blend all marinade ingredients in food processor, then add to the pork and leave 30 min.
Step 2
Heat oil in a wok on high. Add garlic and spring onion whites, stir fry 30 sec.
Step 3
Add pork with all its marinade. Cook 4–5 min until cooked through and sauce is thick.
Step 4
Same pan on high heat, add baby corn and red pepper. Cook 2 min. Add 200ml noodle water and 2 stock cubes
Step 5
Add edamame and whites of bok choy. Cook 1 min.
Step 6
Add enoki mushrooms. Toss everything on high heat for 2 min.
Step 7
Take off the heat and fold in spring onion greens.
Step 8
Top with sesame seeds. Serve with rice or soba noodle
