Instructions

Step 1
100g Steak 1 tbsp tinned corn 2 tbsp ground pepper 2 tbsp garlic powder 2 tbsp onion powder 1 day old rice Sauce: 2 tbsp mirin 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp honey 2 tbsp butter 1/4 cup scallions
Step 2
Combine honey, soy sauce, mirin, garlic, pepper and onion. Use skillet pan over medium-heat sauté the onion, cook the beef til 80% - 90%, set aside the steak and make space in the middle to add rice, drizzle the sauce over the rice and steak. Top it with corn the sit for 2-3 mins.
