A really simple meat free chilli that requires little effort.

Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve your stock pots in the boiled water and put to one side
Step 2
Chop & fry your onions until they take on a bit of color
Step 3
Add your Chilli & cumin & fry for a minute. You may need to add a splash of water if it starts to stick. A splash of water will help remove the fond from the bottom of the pan.
Step 4
Add your beans, lentils along with your stock & passatta
Step 5
Put the lid on & bring the chilli up to a gentle simmer
Step 6
Once the chilli is simmering remove lid & allow to cook for 30-40 mins while keeping an eye on it & stirring it regularly.
