Instructions

Step 1
1. Rinse and chop the lettuce. peel the onion and dice it.

2. Fry the onion and garlic in a pot on a medium heat and add all the spices.

3. Add tomato, tomato paste, diced tomatoes, and the chicken to the pot. stir well.

4. Let it simmer for about 30 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink in the middle.

5. Remove the chicken from the pot and pull it apart using two forks, then put the pulled chicken back into the pot add the white wine vinegar, and season with salt and pepper.

6. Warm the tortilla according to the instructions on the packet or heat it in the oven at 475° for 4 minutes to warm through.
Step 7
7. Fill the tortilla with yogurt, lettuce, and pulled chicken.
