Baked Salmon Fillets

Thick center- cut pieces of salmon bake in about twenty minutes. If using thinner pieces cut nearer the tail, check after fifteen minutes. There are many sauces that go well with baked salmon; try Salmoriglio sauce or a fruit salsa.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Farenheit

Grease 13" by 9" baking dish
Step 3
Remove any bones from salmon fillets.
Step 4
Arrange fillets in prepared baking dish; rub with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake until salmon is just opaque throughout, 15 to 20 minutes.
