Instructions
Step 1
Fill a large pot with water and being to a boil
Step 2
Put pan on stove on medium heat and wait for it to warm up
Step 3
Once boiling add the annies pasta (2 boxes) and reduce heat to medium. Careful to remove the cheese packet before pouring.
Step 4
Once the pan is warm add ground beef and let it brown on one side before flipping and then let it brown again before chopping up with your spatula/flipper. Keep an eye on it as it browns throughout.
Step 5
Shave the broccoli floretts from 1-2 small heads with a knife or cheese grater. Adding stalk is optional. Put aside for later
Step 6
Once pasta is done to your liking strain it and leave in strainer
Step 7
Remove the pot from heat and add annies white cheddar cheese packet (2), cream of mushroom soup (1 can), coconut cream (half a can), and half a can of water. Mix well, a whisk works best. Coconut milk can be used as a substitute. If you use that instead DO NOT add half a can of water.
Step 8
Add the broccoli to the pot and put back on heat at medium-low heat until broccoli is soft. Make sure to stir often so it doesn't bubble or burn to the bottom.
Step 9
Add seasonings listed as desired for amount into the ground beef once browned: Italian seasoning, cayenne, salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low medium and let sit. I use about a light layer over the entire portion of meat for Italian seasoning, a pinch of cayenne, a few twists/shakes of salt and a few twists/shakes of pepper
Step 10
Once broccoli is soft add the pasta and ground beef into the pot. Stir well until mixed evenly and let it sit for 1-2 minutes.
Step 11
Take off heat, serve and enjoy!
