300gChicken Thigh Fillets
cut into thin strips
250gPrawns
ideally Pack Specially Selected Frozen Garlic & Herb Raw Argentinian Prawns, defrosted
320gMixed Pepper Stir Fry
10gRed Chilli
chopped finely
1red onion
thinly sliced
300gwok noodles
Stir Fry Sauce
Specially Selected
25mlvegetable oil
5gfresh coriander
chopped
Instructions
Step 1
In a large wok or frying pan heat the oil, cook the chicken for 8-10 minutes, turning regularly, until browned and crispy.
Step 2
Add the chilli, prawns and the Specially Selected Stir Fry Sauce and cook for another 6-8 minutes.
Step 3
Add the onion and the pepper stir fry pack.
Step 4
Cook for another 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Add the noodles and cook for another 8 minutes, making sure the prawns are cooked through.
Step 6
Serve topped with coriander.
