Instructions
Step 1
Separate cabbage leaves and put in a bowl of hot water. You will need about 4 leaves per serving. Place cabbage leaves flat on your work surface and lay the thinly sliced beef along the leaf and then roll from the base to the leafy end. Repeat this process until you have the desired amount. Set aside.
Step 2
In a bowl mix 1 tbsp gochugang
2 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp Sriracha 1 tbsp oyster sauce
4 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp Better than bullion- beef flavored 1 tbsp Gochugaru 4 garlic cloves (minced)
Step 3
Layer sliced onions and remaining cabbage (chopped) on the bottom of a large sauce pan. Turn to medium heat. Place the rolled cabbage and beef on top in an even Layer.
Step 4
Pour sauce mixture evenly over your rolls and then add 4 cups of water. Put a lid on and let simmer for 20 minutes.
