1.5 headsiceberg lettuce
thinly sliced
¼ cuppepperoncinis
chopped
1can chickpeas
drained
1 cupsalami
sliced
1 cupmozzarella cheese
1red onion
small, super thinly sliced
Salad Dressing
Instructions
Step 1
Add dressing ingredients to bowl, whisking together to form an emulsion.
Step 2
Place lettuce in a separate bowl. Add salt and pepper and massage lettuce with it.
Step 3
Add the rest of the salad ingredients to bowl with lettuce and toss.
Step 4
Add Parmesan cheese and dressing and toss until fully incorporated.
