5 steps
Prep:10minCook:15min
This recipe is a simple Korean-style stir-fry made with oil-drained canned tuna and tofu. It starts by sautéing onion, green onion, and garlic to build a rich flavor base, then adds gochujang, red pepper powder, and soybean paste for a deep, savory-spicy taste. Finished with tofu, it becomes a quick, protein-rich, and satisfying homemade dish that is both hearty and easy to prepare.
