Instructions

Step 1
Brown your ground beef and strain the grease off and put to the side
Step 2
Cut your bell peppers and onions however you would like and add them to the pan to start getting soft
Step 3
Cook the rice as directed with the bone broth, and while that is cooking steam your cauliflower rice and combine
Step 4
Add the ground beef back in with the peppers and onions along with the rice mixture, tomato sauce, and seasonings and mix well
Step 5
Add the mozzarella cheese and cover until melted.
