Add chickpeas, bananas, maple syrup, peanut butter, vanilla extract to a blender and blend Once blended add mixture to a bowl then add the rest of the ingredients and mix until combine Spread mixture into 6 cookies onto a baking tray Cook at 180C/350F for about 25mins or until cooked Let cool then serve and enjoy
