Creamy Mediterranean Million Dollar Spaghetti for 2

4 ozwhole wheat spaghetti
8 ozlean ground turkey
93% lean or leaner
1 tspolive oil
1garlic clove
minced
1 ¾ cupmarinara sauce
½ tspitalian seasoning

¾ cuplow-fat cottage cheese
⅓ cupplain 2% Greek yogurt
1 Tbspextra-virgin olive oil
2 Tbspgrated parmesan cheese

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add turkey and cook until browned.

Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add marinara and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.
