Mayak Eggs [I just relized I've been calling these the wrong name lol]

For the eggs themselves I put into boiling water for 7mins, followed by ice water for 10 mins. The goal is to have a jammy yolk. Tweak however you like your eggs.

For the marinade [scale up or down to your own taste]:

Mix marinade in the container you'll use to store in the fridge. Take the shells off the eggs and place in marinade for 24hours before eating. Usually last for 6-7 days image001.png
