or asparagus or sugar snap peas or corn on the cob
Cucumber
sliced thinly
Dill mustard sauce (make two batches)

Daytime
Step 1
Boil potatoes
Step 2
make sauce and put in fridge
Step 3
steam veggie or make cucumber salad with sliced cucumbers and a splash of vinegar
Dinner
Step 4
Put one of the batches of dill sauce on top of the salmon fillets. Roast salmon at 200*C for 12-15 mins
Step 5
serve with lots of dill sauce
