Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F(175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line with Parchment paper.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, applesauce, maple syrup, and vanilla.

Step 3
In another bowl, combine flour, oats, hemp seeds, walnuts, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

Step 4
Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
Step 5
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 25-30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
Step 6
Let cool slightly before slicing.
