Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F.

Mix the base: Empty the boxed potato slices and the included seasoned sauce packet into an ungreased 2-quart casserole dish.

Boil the liquid: In a medium saucepan, heat the canned tomatoes (undrained), water, and oregano until it reaches a rolling boil.
Step 4
Combine: Pour the boiling tomato mixture into the casserole dish and stir well into the potatoes.
Step 5
Bake: Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling. Let it rest for 5–10 minutes before serving to let it set up.
