Step 1
Dry-roast the fenugreek in a pan without oil.
Step 2
In a glass, mix the milk, cornstarch, cinnamon, cocoa, and 1g of sweetener. Pour it into a pot and heat it up.
Step 3
Add the fenugreek to the pot and cook until it gets a pudding-like texture.
Step 4
Place it on a plate and sprinkle with vanilla sugar.
Step 5
Top with the quark mixed with 2g of sweetener.
Step 6
Add the strawberries, blueberries, and sliced apple as you like.
