Instructions

Step 1
Boil eggs for 8min (for medium hard) in water with a splash of white vinegar, than transfer immediately to an ice bath
Step 2
Chop herbs and add to a bowl with kimchi, black pepper, and mayo.
Step 3
Peel and roughly chop the eggs and add to the bowl, using a spoon to mix with the other ingredients.
Step 4
Serve on toast.
