Instructions
Step 1
Clean the squid, langoustines, and shrimp, keeping the shells on the langoustines and shrimp. Slice the squid into rings. Heat olive oil in a pan on low heat with abundant garlic and a whole piece of chili, letting them gently release their flavor for about 10 minutes, then remove the chili.
Step 2
Add the squid and cook gently for about 5 minutes. Add the langoustines and shrimp and continue cooking for another 5 minutes on low heat. Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice, then mix gently.
Step 3
Add the tomato sauce and loosen it with a little pasta water. Stir in the breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, and yellow cherry tomatoes cut in half.
Step 4
Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until almost al dente, then transfer it to the pan with the sauce. Add a small drizzle of olive oil and a little pasta water, then finish cooking the pasta in the sauce until well coated.
Step 5
Serve with chopped fresh parsley on top.
